Our mission
Perry County Community Hospital is your community healthcare provider. We believe in the power of people to create great care. We will work hard every day to be a place of healing, caring and connection for patients and families in the community we call home.
Our history
Perry County Community Hospital has served Perry County for generations. When the hospital closed, residents were left without local hospital care until Braden Health acquired the facility and led its restoration.
The hospital reopened its doors on September 29th, 2025. Today it operates around the clock with emergency, inpatient, imaging, and laboratory services, and continues to expand the care available close to home.
